Saffron Screen is a proudly independent cinema that has been part of the local community for the past 20 years, we’re delighted to support Saffron Walden Town Council’s Town of Culture bid. We believe culture plays a vital role in bringing people together, sparking creativity and creating spaces for connection, conversation and shared experiences. Through film, we see every day how storytelling can connect people across generations and backgrounds, inspire new ideas and strengthen our community.

This bid is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the creativity, talent, heritage and energy that already thrives across Saffron Walden, while also looking ahead to what we can build together in the future.
