Tickets selling fast for Town Mayor’s Quiz!

Tickets are selling fast for the Town Mayor, Cllr Ahmed’s Fundraising Quiz Night, in support of the Mayor’s charity of the year; Uttlesford Community Action Network (UCAN).  On Friday 20 March, join the Mayor, SWTC and UCAN for a fantastic evening of fun, games and brain-teasing questions.  Admission is £15 per person which includes a fish and chips supper (vegan option available) and will be served during the interval. Advance booking necessary, and teams can be up to eight people.  Tickets can be purchase here:

Said Mayor, Cllr Ahmed, “the evening will provide fun, laughter and friendly competition and will make a great works night out – we already have group bookings from Saffron Walden business.  Do please bring plenty of money!  The cash bar will have a good range of soft and alcohol-based drinks as well as snacks to enjoy – arrive from 7pm to purchase drinks, ready for the quiz to start at 7.30pm.  There will also be a prize raffle, plus bonus games!”
