FREE family half term activities – A date for the calendar!

Saffron Walden Town Council (SWTC) is delighted to be hosting a FREE event for the half term holidays – next Tuesday 28 October, 10am and 2pm in The Town Hall, CB10 1HR.

At either 10.30am or 11.30am, join members of the cast of Saffron Hall’s pantomime Dick Whittington for a fun-packed session; full of games, music, audience participation and much more! And at either 11am or 12 noon there will be Storytime with Saffron Walden Library.  Said a Saffron Walden Library spokesperson,  “Join us for Dick Whittington themed Storytime – and join in with songs, music, and stories.”

Outside of these timed sessions (between 10am and 2pm), families can enjoy free face painting, and get creative with cat & dog mask making by Saffron Walden Castle, and more! Said Museum Manager, Jenny Oxley, “This is always a great event to be involved with – we really enjoy working in partnership with Saffron Walden Town Council on delivering these fun and engaging family events.”
