Events 2026 ‘Save the Date’
The Events Officer is excited to share SWTC’s forthcoming events and activities for 2026. A selection of events will take place in Saffron Walden, ranging from holiday activities throughout the year to an inclusive Community Day on The Common – and as part of SWTC’s Environment and Climate Change initiatives the first event takes place on Friday 20 February during the half term holiday; this is a family Upcycling activity and everyone is welcome!
As part of the programme of community events, and following the success of the Quiz Night in October 2025, the Mayor will be hosting his final fundraising event (2025-26) next month. A full programme of annual Christmas events and activities is planned – and back by popular demand, both the Bandstand Season and Beach on The Common will return during the summer months!
