Uttlesford District Council
Some are privately managed i.e., Evology is responsible for the Rose and Crown car park, and Emson Close is privately run by District Enforcement Ltd
- How do I get a blue badge?

- What do I do about a parking ticket?
Contact North Essex Parking Partnership on 01206 282316. They also deal with permits
- Can I see CCTV in Swan Meadow car park?
Please contact Uttlesford District Council as they manage Swan Meadow Car Parking
- How do I report a pothole?
