Community Day & Wagfest POSTPONED Due to Extreme Weather Conditions

Saffron Walden Town Council (SWTC) and Saffron Walden Library have taken the decision to POSTPONE the Community Day & Wagfest dog show scheduled for this Saturday 27 June.  This is due to the ongoing extreme weather conditions and associated risks.  Event partners, entertainers, and community groups have all been notified.

A SWTC spokesperson said, “we apologise for the inconvenience caused, however the health, safety and welfare of everyone must remain our highest priority.  Please ‘save the date’ of Saturday 19 September 2026 – we plan to host the same event and look forward to seeing you all then.”
