Rockwell Pottery pargetting-based ceramics

Now on sale at the TIC e-shop

We are very pleased to say that Saffron Walden based Rockwell Pottery now has a page of fabulous pargetting-based ceramics for sale on the TIC e-shop:

The range includes brooches, plaques and vases. Each item is hand-made by Ian Evans, and is hand-stamped with a pargetted Saffron crocus, referencing some of the designs on our town's most iconic buildings.The larger items are click and collect only, but the brooches do have a postage option.

Pargetting is a decorative plastering applied to building walls. The term, if not the practice, is particularly associated with the English counties of Suffolk and Essex. You can find out more about the technique and its local associations here:

Other items available online at the TIC e-shop include locally-themed books, maps,artwork, souvenirs, walks books, food, the Fry Art Gallery range, and vintage china. All items can be purchased by click & collect at no extra charge and most can be posted out (p & p charge applies).
