You are summoned to attend a MEETING of the PLANNING AND ROAD TRAFFIC COMMITTEE of SAFFRON WALDEN to be held in the COUNCIL CHAMBER of the TOWN HALL on THURSDAY, 22nd AUGUST 2019 commencing at 7.30pm to transact the business as set out in the agenda below. 

 

All other Councillors are welcome to attend this meeting but will not be formal members of the committee and will not receive any voting rights.  Non-Committee members will not be able to participate in or remain present for any discussions held under Part 2, Confidential Matters.

the building by the nearest designated fire exit. You will be directed to the nearest

exit by a designated officer. It is vital you follow their instructions.

Traffic Regulation Order

Committee to note:

The intended closure of St Johns Close, due to commence on 25th October 2019 for 1 day. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while Essex County Council undertakes Machine Surfacing 2019/20 (08:00-17:00).

The intended closure of Mount Pleasant Road, due to commence on 30th August 2019 for 2 days. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while Anglian Water undertakes water connection, Closure in force between 1900 - 0600hrs only.
