St. John’s Church, Little Walden, are organising a short service of remembrance at the village war memorial on Saturday, 9 November. Dave Beare, of Lt Walden Village Hall and St. John’s Church Committee, has written to ask if yourselves and Councillors would be able to attend.  The Rev. Michael Lovegrove will be leading the service which will begin at 10:40am, meeting at the memorial from 10:30am. The memorial is across the road opposite The Crown pub. The village hall car park at the end of the drive next to the church can be used for parking.
