INVITATION – To learn about Project Crocus

I’m writing to invite you to an information event being held by Saffron Walden Almshouses,
to share the important news surrounding our development plans on the site – Project
Crocus. You may be aware, we have plans to demolish the bungalows on Prime’s Close
which are no longer fit for purpose, and replace with new, low-carbon sustainable buildings.
At this meeting, you will be offered the opportunity to learn more about the project, and the
associated fundraising campaign, and ask any questions you may have. We would so
greatly appreciate you joining us to learn about our mission to provide affordable housing in
a safe community for the people of Saffron Walden and surrounding areas.
DATE: Monday 21st February 2022
TIME: 4pm – 5.15/5.30pm OR 6pm – 7.15/7.30pm
LOCATION: The Chapel, Saffron Walden Almhouses, Abbey Lane CB10 1DE
Please confirm which time you would like to attend (4pm or 6pm), and the number of guests
